    To celebrate and raise awareness of Cox Communication's commitment as a good neighbor, Strongpoint developed a Community Impact Report highlighting the company's donations, volunteer hours and economic contributions to Southern Arizona.

    Recognized for Strongpoint's Public Relations Campaign to celebrate the Grand Re-Opening of Whole Foods Market's Oracle location in Tucson.

    Through Strongpoint's work and guidance, Copper Queen Community Hospital's Grand Opening celebration attracted more than 125 attendees including local dignitaries Gabriel Giffords, Representative Ron Barber and significant coverage by local media.

    Strongpoint in collaboration with Commotion Studios redesigned the website for the DeGrazia Gallery in the Sun to highlight the artist's style, history and encourage visitors and online shoppers.

  • 2014 PRSA IMPACT AWARD for External Communications Campaign

    Strongpoint conducted a survey for Tucson Values Teachers of Southern Arizona teachers and education professionals to reveal that the region is facing a critical teacher workforce issue. Strongpoint managed media relations to inform the community.

    Strongpoint received the top award for their General Growth Properties' Tucson & Park Place Mall Holiday campaign. With nearly a perfect score, judges selected this external communications campaign as the best in show for 2013.

  • 2013 PRSA IMPACT Award for External Communications Campaign

    Whole Foods Market simultaneously closed one store in Tucson for renovations and opened a new enhanced location. Whole Foods Market selected Strongpoint to manage the media relations and community outreach surrounding the store opening and closing.

  • 2013 PRSA IMPACT Award for External Communications Campaign

    General Growth Properties engaged Strongpoint to develop a comprehensive media relations campaign to promote the activities and promotions at their Tucson and Park Place malls. Through PR, Strongpoint drove traffic to the malls and increased sales.

  • 2010 PRSA IMPACT Award for Ground Breakings & Grand Openings

    The Cheesecake Factory opened at the Tucson Mall during an economic lull. Strongpoint was tasked with generating excitement for the new restaurant through promotion and media outreach, which resulted in the largest opening in company history.

  • 2011 PRSA IMPACT Certificate of Excellence for Speeches

    The American Advertising Federation Tucson asked Strongpoint to give a presentation on networking and communication in the digital age. The presentation, titled Face-to-Facebook, gave insight on new and traditional methods of communication.

  • 2012 PRSA IMPACT AWARD For Media Relations

    To celebrate the Girl Scout Association's 100th anniversary, Girl Scout USA's CEO and native Arizonan Anna Maria Chavez traveled to Eloy, Arizona where she was born and served as a Scout. Strongpoint provided event and media relations support.

  • 2012 PRSA IMPACT Award for Media Relations

    The Christina-Taylor Green Memorial foundation was established by the Green family in honor of their daughter who lost her life in the January 8, 2011 Tucson shootings. Strongpoint worked to build awareness of the foundation by securing media.

    Strongpoint was recognized for the work done to promote the Girls Fly! event, focused on inspiring women and girls of all ages to go after their dreams.

    Girls Fly! was an all-day event in Tucson, Arizona focused on inspiring women and girls of all ages to go after their dreams. Strongpoint provided sponsorship coordination, writing, design, social media, media relations and event support.

    Awarded to Mary Rowley for her contribution to advertising and the Tucson Community through the use of words. The winner is annually recognized by the advertising community as an exceptional professional and leader in their field.
